River water monitoring for infiltration project

The infiltration project in the watercollection area of the Vitens pumping station in Epe (the Netherlands) was started in 1998. From September until April, water is taken in from a small river and infiltrated after transportation.

Before transportation to the water collection area the water is monitored by a Mosselmonitor and the TOXcontrol.

The TOXcontrol was chosen after a long Evaluation period because of its simplicity, ease of use and wide range of
detection of possible contaminants.
