The international hotel and banqueting company Swissôtel is a leading luxury and business hotel chain. With approximately 30 hotels across the world they consider sustainability a business imperative and therefore a top priority.

Swissôtel has adopted a strong approach towards business sustainability and has a number of initiatives and goals that it intends to meet. They use SERAM at all hotels for collecting performance data on a wide range of sustainability indicators in their four categories: Team, Environment, Customers, Community.

SERAM helps to consolidate the corporate-wide data and provide analyses on performance against targets and projections of future trends.
