ISVE srl, besides wood treatment systems, has been producing shredding equipments for more than 40 years, ideal to shred plastic, wood and packagings, paper, cardboard, glass, fruit shells, cans, tyres, leather, copper cables, general wastes etc.
Single and double shaft-shredders, four-shaft shredders, combined systems and granulators are the core business of our recycling division.
They are the ideal solution for all those activities which want to reduce their industrial wastes, saving time, space and money.
All models can be customized according to the customer’s exigence: they can be provided with conveyor belts, deferrization systems for metal parts, suction and recovery systems.
Models range from the smallest one (5,5 kW) to the system with a larger loading net and higher performace, with capacity up to 200 kw. The heavy structure makes them also suitable for high volume production.
They are very easy to use, they require minimal maintenance.
Our customers can follow the construction of the shredder step by step: thanks to our technical reserved web area, they can access pictures, technical drawings and instruction manuals.
They can also count on our skilled post-sale technicians for spare parts or technical support.
All machines can be remotely controlled, thanks to our Isve Server Connect, an additional system that allows our technicians to check the machine, upload softwares and regulate any parameters.
