The stainless steel sanitary butterfly valve is widely used to make components of open and closed flow control systems, which have been used in the fields of petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, hydroelectricity and many others areas. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, the use of the seal structure more tight, the sealing material is rubber, PTFE and so on. Due to the structural characteristics of the restrictions, do not meet the high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistant, anti-wear and other industries.
A more advanced butterfly valve is a butterfly valve with three eccentric metal seals. Its body and its seat are an integral part. Its seat sealing surface layer seals the temperature and the corrosion resistant alloy material. The multilayer flexible battery ring is attached to the valve plate. Compared to the traditional butterfly valve, this butterfly valve has the following advantages: high temperature resistance, light operation, no friction during opening and closing. When closed, the sealing mechanism can be compensated by increasing the torque of the transmission mechanism, thus improving the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extending the service life.
