Rainwater harvesting for new surgery in Sutton Ashfield

Aquaco Water Recycling will be supplying rainwater harvesting equipment to the New Street Doctors’ Surgery in Sutton Ashfield to allow rainwater to be collected from the 330m2 roof and used for lavatory flushing.

The rainwater harvesting system supplied consists of an underground rainwater collection tank with internal filters and pump sets which will be controlled by float switches and a control panel. There is also a mains water top up for dry spell periods. The top up is set to replenish the water supply when the tank reaches a pre-determined low water level during dry spells.
