This Case Study has been prepared as one of a series which demonstrates how an employer would go about applying different Sections of Workplace Health and Safety Regulation Part 13: Hazardous Substances in a workplace. It is not directly about mineral acid, but uses the circumstances of a drum maker using an acid mixture to pickle and clean the inside and outside surfaces of stainless steel drums.
