Case 3 A crosshole resistivity survey to find karst caves for deep foundation construction         

This survey is aimed to find voids for construction safety purpose, as figure below shows, 32 and 20 electrodes were placed into two boreholes respectively. Inversion image found low resistivity areas beside boreholes were likely to be karst caves. Later site investigation concurred with the inversion result.
