THE CUSTOMER
The City of Clarence-Rockland is situated in Eastern Ontario along the Ottawa River, approximately 40km east of Ottawa.  The City is comprised of six smaller communities, and has a total population of just over 20,000 people. Thewater treatment plant (WTP) is operated under contract by the Ontario CleanWater Agency.

THE CUSTOMER’S NEEDS
The City required an upgrade to the existing water treatment plant in order to increase the supply of potablewater
to the communities of Rockland, Clarence Creek,Hammond, Cheney, St-Pascal Baylon and Bourget through a 50km series of watermains. The water supply feeding the WTP is the Ottawa River.
