Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Brine Concentrate Technology
Wastewater brine concentrate, resulting from membrane technologies, has proven a new challenge following the implementation of more and more membrane systems for wastewater treatment. Jiarong Technology's brine concentration system further concentrates harmful and toxic brine produced from membrane processing technology. This process is so effective that it can even yield zero liquid discharge(ZLD), meaning all wastewater is purified and recycled.
Our technology consists of a unique combination of micro-tube and disc-tube nano-filtration/reverse osmosis (MTNF/RO and DTNF/RO) systems. The typical recovery rate from this system is 60-80%, with an average salt concentration up to 15%.
This technology is application to many fields that produce harmful wastewater. We have installed systems in the fields of coal chemical wastewater, leachate brine, mining and textile wastewater.
