Leader in Quality Process Systems
Since 1973, A&B Process Systems has been a leader in design, fabrication and installation of stainless steel process tanks and vessels, process piping, process modules and skidded systems for a variety of industries. Our core competencies include stainless steel custom fabrication, mechanical engineering and design, and process automation of turnkey process system solutions.
Mission Statement and Core Values
Our mission is to serve as our customers’ primary process partner and the primary measure of our success is customer satisfaction.
Our core values are:
- Safety of our associates
- Treat each other with respect and trust
- Accountable for results and commitments
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Honest, open communication, teamwork
Our Commitment to Quality Assurance
At A&B Process Systems, quality means meeting our customer’s requirements – every time. Our process systems are fabricated by our factory-trained ASME-certified fabricators. All of our experienced stainless steel fabricators work closely with our engineering and design teams to meet regulatory standards including FDA, USDA, 3-A, cGMP, API, BPE, ASME (U & R) guidelines. A&B Process Systems also provides automated welding processes, such as orbital welding, for sanitary and high-purity piping systems.
Every one of our process systems pass through our exclusive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Center before leaving our facility. Our FAT procedure ensures that each process system meets all regulatory guidelines and is ready for integration into our customers’ facilities without interrupting plant production.
In-process and final inspections are performed by our plant managers, full-time quality assurance inspectors and third-party agencies to confirm all specifications are met. Testing is done in accordance to specification and regulatory requirements. Our quality assurance inspections include:
- visual examination
- boroscopic examination
- hydrostatic testing
- radiographic examination
- surface roughness testing
- riboflavin testing
- passivation testing
FAT results become part of the equipment turn-over package, and are provided at the time of shipment.
Our Commitment to Safety
Providing a safe work environment for our employees is a core value that carries through to the products we design. A&B Process Systems designs and builds stainless steel process systems that support our customers’ desires to improve overall plant safety and productivity through ergonomically-sound work environments.

Process Systems Solutions from One Location
At A&B Process Systems, our quality stainless steel process vessels, stainless steel process modules, skidded systems and process automation systems are all developed at one location in Stratford, Wisconsin. Our advanced 175,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is distributed over five physical plants. Each plant on our campus is equipped to provide ASME-certified custom stainless steel fabrication capabilities. Our multiple plants allow A&B Process Systems to segregate the fabrication of equipment by mild steel or high purity stainless steel. This ensures the highest surface purity by preventing cross contamination by airborne carbon steel dust.
We also offer a separate plant with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) capabilities for the manufacturing of skidded systems. Our exclusive test center is climate-controlled to meet the most stringent requirements. Every system we fabricate must pass through the A&B Process Systems FAT center before leaving our facility. FAT ensures that each process system meets regulatory guidelines and is ready for production and integration into your existing systems without interrupting plant production.
At our manufacturing center, we offer semi-automated welding, automated surface finishing, a lifting capacity of 70 tons with 31’ under the hook, and many more advanced engineering and fabrication technologies.
We invite you to tour our campus to learn more about our capabilities. Contact us today to schedule a visit.
