AAC Environmental Consulting (AAC) was created in January 2008 by Ms. Angela D. Grannan after spending the previous 11+ years in the environmental consulting business working for various private environmental and engineering companies. Ms. Grannan has been in the environmental consulting industry for over 16 years and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
Ms. Grannan’s qualifications are based on a strong educational background, continued professional development and training, and significant project experiences from a variety of projects. Ms. Grannan keeps up to date on the ever-changing interpretation of environmental regulations through the regular review of court decisions, through experience with the regulatory agency personnel, as an active member of trade organizations, and by attending professional conferences.
Ms. Grannan is particularly qualified to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, Transaction Screen Processes, Regulatory File Reviews, Historical Records Reviews, Baseline Assessments, NEPA reports, and third party Phase I reviews. Ms. Grannan employs the most up to date standards and practices for performing such work including ASTM E 1527-05 Standard Practice for Performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, the industry standard for interpreting 'All Appropriate Inquiry.'
Pertinent experience includes conducting over a thousand Phase I ESAs for developed and undeveloped commercial real estate properties and industrial facilities within Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Missouri. Properties assessed include retail strip malls, gas stations, drycleaners, multi-site industrial facilities, storage facilities, hospitals, office buildings, warehouses, and apartment complexes.
