All equipment is maintained in a well-defined and controlled environment. It is also traceable to various national and international laboratories, directly or indirectly as appropriate. The CE marking on the products verifies their compliance with all European health, safety and environmental protection regulations.

The testing and calibration facilities are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL).

Apart from ISO 9001 accreditation, the Six Sigma technique is being used to involve employees in significant improvements by eliminating the root cause of each problem. Independent testing centres are used extensively during product development for
testing, calibration and certification.

AEMS products are manufactured in world class, ISO 9001 certified facilities. These include automatic pick and place and automatic optical inspection machines followed by product integration, testing & calibration and packing.

The sophisticated NABL & UKAS accredited metrology laboratories calibrate, certify all products. They also maintain complete traceability of all testing and measuring equipments being used in manufacturing facilities. This ensures that all the products are fully compliant with national and international standards.

Tried and tested, robust manufacturing processes are continuously improved through structured quality initiatives. Well developed global supply chains, home-grown design capabilities and complete testing and certification facilities on the shop floor ensure world class product quality and reliability.
