AirBench Ltd are the UK’s leading manufacturer of downdraught benches. We have more than 10,000 units in service in the UK and overseas. Established in 1993 as WorkPoint Environments Ltd, we are a family-owned company with over 100 years combined experience within the dust and fume extraction industry. All our own products are built to order in our factory located in the East of England; all products are assembled from stock components allowing us to maintain short lead times. We also import the AOF range from our trusted partners in the Netherlands. We specialise in high air volume, low velocity extraction systems, providing a demonstrable working solution to a wide range of dust and fume problems. We demonstrate our solutions on site prior to purchase, to ensure both buyers and operators are confident that our products are the correct solution and are usable in day-to-day operation.
Who We Are
- A general introduction to the operation of our products.
- We provide solutions to specific problems using standard modular components and filtersets allowing rapid delivery.
- We have supplied over 10000 downdraught benches into UK and worldwide customers.
- In 2014, we purchased the OMF range from Air Cleaning Systems of Cardiff following their entrance into liquidation, in order to broaden our product range and provide ongoing support to OMF customers.

Fume and Dust Extraction System
AirBench is a workbench with built-in fume and dust extraction.
A downdraught bench that takes dust and fumes away from your workspace by drawing them down through the work surface into the internal filters.
Plug in and Go
An AirBench is a self-contained plug-and-go solution, and can be operational within 15 minutes of being delivered to you.
Simple and Effective
AirBench requires minimal operator intervention. The user does their job and AirBench solves their dust problem.
Noise levels of under 70 dBA across the range mean that AirBench does not introduce a requirement for hearing protection.
Most units just require unwrapping and setting into position; some require a small amount of additional assembly.
