APRIambiente S.p.A. is a company controlled by the merchant APRI Sviluppo SpA. The Company provides consultancy services for business development in environment and energy field. APRIambiente makes available high qualified competences in economical, technical, legal and institutional aspects of an interventions. APRIambiente performs consultancy and technical support services to private bodies as well as to Public Authorities (Central Government, Regions and local authorities). The main company activities are technical, economical, institutional and legal context analysis, carrying out instruments for the environment protection, as well as investment opportunities, research and assessment of projects with significant environmental impacts.
APRIambiente is an Italian consulting company specialized in energy, environment and sustainable development, providing economical/financial, juridical/administrative and technical assistance, as well as investment advisory, to international private and public customers. Its current top management is highly experienced in the renewable energy sector, having also co-founded and directed the largest Italian specialized investment fund in solar energy (PV). The company is also currently advising international investment funds in the sectors of renewable energy and local infrastructures. In the last few years APRIambiente successfully completed for the EBRD 9 Assessments of Sustainable Energy Investment Potential aimed at preparing a Market Demand Study and a Dynamic Market model for the definition of an Energy credit line in West Balkans (Albania, BiH, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo), and specific Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy credit facilities in Turkey, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic and Tunisia. It carried out technical and feasibility studies for innovative projects related to transport, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and cogeneration in the industrial and residential sectors, developing economic models with more than 5.000 inputs. It is also part of a consortium which was recently awarded by the EBRD a Framework Contract for Energy.
