AS technologies company was set up in 1991 as a sales agency, specialized in selling load cells (force, weighing, pressure, displacement, ...) and data acquisition systems.
In 2002, the Lyonnaise des Eaux company asked us to design an easy and durable system to weigh roll off roll on containers (Ampliroll hook lift system) in waste water treatment plants.
We designed the SACM200 which is now daily used in a lot of waste water treatment plants.
The SACM200's technology, based on the placement of sludge containers on two load cells, is suitable for weighing fluid sludges.
For weighing solid materials, measuring error is important. Moreover, SACM200 requires special handling to be installed under the container.
Considering its technical constraints, customers wanted a roll on/off weighing system with other parameters :
- no special container handling
- able to weigh important dry content sludges (more than 25%)
- small height
- no specific civil engineering
We designed the PBA400 which meets all these criteria.
In 2011, the decision is made to assume AS technologies activity as designing, producting and marketing weighing systems for professionals of sewage treatment plants.
