Avtec USA is an international company providing products and services to the aerospace aviation industry, worldwide. We have been in the airline spare parts business since 1985, along with our sister company Avtec AG which was based in Basel, Switzerland; In 2001 we merged both of our companies, closing the European office and combining all inventory at the US facility. We have been providing spare parts support to many Airlines and Repair facilities internationally, including but not limited to; companies such as Swissair, World Airways, Northwest Airlines, Airborne Express, Allegiant Air, Omni Air International and Federal Express, also major repair facilities such as: Nordam, Aerotron Airpower, and EADS. Forming a global supply network, we trade, lease and exchange commercial aircraft and related parts and equipment.

Forming a global supply network, we trade, lease and exchange commercial aircraft and related parts and equipment. We are motivated to sell and therefore we perform in accordance with our customers needs. We offer a range of programs including Component Repair Management and Consignment and Material Provisioning Programs.
Avtec currently stocks over 250,000 line items of assorted commercial aircraft engine parts and consumable material, including items from Boeing, Douglas, Lockheed, and Airbus. You will find these inventories listed in the (ILS) Inventory Locator Service and Parts Base.

The majority of Avtec USA’s inventory is located at our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, we do also have several consignment inventories located throughout the United States and in Europe. These inventories are comprised of Aircraft Rotable and expendable parts, engines and engine parts, from leading manufacturers such as Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed Martin and Airbus to such companies as Pratt and Whitney, General Electric, Rolls Royce and Honeywell.
Our inventory has been acquired primarily from Major Airlines, FAA approved Overhaul facilities, Engine/Airframe Manufacturers, Aircraft Leasing Companies and Aftermarket Companies. Our inventory mainly consists of MD80, AIRBUS, B777, DC10, MD11, L10-11 and DC9 Rotable and Expendable components.

Located in the Pacific time zone, Avtec USA, Inc. can do business with Europe and the Middle East in the Morning and be right there to handle customers in the Pacific and Asia in the evening. Our main office and warehouse space are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is approximately 25,000 square feet. Sitting on 3 acres of land in the Hughes Airport Center business park, the building was completed in 1989 and is a modern concrete structure. We have the capability to expand an additional 30,000 square feet for a total of 50,000 square feet of office and warehouse space when required.
The warehouse is exclusively dedicated to the storage and distribution of aircraft engines and parts. It is equipped with a 7 level tier racking system located in the center of the warehouse and a 5 level tier racking system throughout the entire perimeter of the warehouse.
In addition to the main warehouse we have an additional 7,500 square foot warehouse located a few blocks from our main facility. This warehouse is currently utilized in the initial inventorying of consignments and lot purchases.

It is our goal to build the most effective quality assurance program in the industry. After studying some of the many different quality standards as well as asking our customers what they would like to see from Avtec USA, we have chosen to implement a quality program based on ISO 9001/2000 and ASA-100 standards. We are currently in the process of rewriting our quality control and procedures manuals as well as training our staff in accordance with the standards that ISO and ASA are built upon.
