Balemaster, a division of the East Chicago Machine Tool Corporation, was founded in 1946, as a manufacturer of balers and shredders used in the paper and packaging industry. To create a world-wide sales and service organisation, Balemaster started in 1965 also manufacturing equipment in Europe. This step was so succesfull that it resulted in 1985 in the establishment of an independent company. Balemaster Europe B.V. was born. The United States, Canada, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand were serviced by the office in Crown Point Indiana USA. Europe, Middle- and Far East were serviced from Balemaster Europe in Nuth, The Netherlands.
