History
In 2003, Bioprocess Technologies Inc. was founded on the belief that better methods for purifying industrial and municipal wastewater were within reach. Tim Burns and John Haley, the founders, recognized that communities and industrial facilities needed pre-treatment systems that were practical, affordable, and reliable to meet their wastewater treatment needs.
Catching the eye of CLARCOR, which is a 100+ year NYSE company, a 30% share of Bioprocess Technologies Inc. was acquired to then create bioprocessH2O. The investment made by CLAROR was used by bioprocessH2O to expand manufacturing capacity, fund working capital along with the development of new products and sales programs.
Presently, the bioprocessH2O team continues to expand our product offerings with innovative high-rate biological and membrane based treatment solutions to service a variety of markets. The markets we focus on include: food & beverage, oil & gas, rendering, landfill leachate, heavy industrial, municipal, domestic, and pulp & paper.
