BOVIAR s.r.l. born 1969 in Napoli
Yet, when requested, BOVIAR always ready to move “off-screen” to get in direct contact with our clients in friendly dedicated meetings periodically held at our premises or during various national events.
'Our company's attitude is to consider every client a prosumer (producer+consummer), an active subject whom we assist in finding the suitest solutions to their needs and who is encouraged to take part with us in the designing of more complex integrated systems either customized for very specific jobs or with flexible features to fit different monitoring purposes.'
People’s safety is mainly meant as risk management as far safety of structures where people live and operate is concerned: from the early stage of quality control on building materials, through the testing during construction, to the inspections and monitoring of existing structures and infrastructures (bridges, roads, tunnels, buildings).
For more than forty years, Boviar has supplied instrumentation and systems to be employed in all the stages of study of structures: diagnostics, testing and monitoring.
Safety of structures is a social demand that grows parallel to the request for safety of the context where anthropic activities take place. Hence it becomes fundamental a deep knowledge of all the phenomena associated to natural events as well as of the impact that human works have on the environment.
The instrumentation proposed by Boviar in this specific field is aimed at seismic, geological and geotechnical characterization of sites, to soil preservation, to environmental impact assessment and to inspection and long-term monitoring of infrastructures - in short, to all the projects concerning risk management policies.
As generally accepted today, any project for the safeguard of historical buildings and monuments, since the early stage of diagnostics, should be based on the choice of instruments and techniques as less invasive as possible. In this view, Boviar can supply a comprehensive range of equipment and instrumentation, including georadar systems and infrared cameras, which enable the operator to carry out accurate investigations in order to detect any discontinuity in structural elements and identify underground or hidden objects.
