Gas Feed Systems

The Complete line of Capital Controls gas feed disinfection technology included Chlorination, Dechlorination, Ammoniation & Recarbonation equipment. The line included vacuum gas feeders from 1 to 10000 PPD (200 Kg/Hr), Automatic gas control valves, Vaporizers up to 1500 Kg/Hr. & custom Engineered Systems.
Chlorine Dioxide Generating Systems

The Capital Controls Chlorine Dioxide Generators consistently maintain a product yield greater than 95% using reagents in either commercially available or diluted concentrations. All Liquids, Two Reagent Systems. Capacities 4 to 529 PPD (10 to 10,000 gm/hr.) Custom built systems of higher capacity are also built.
Onsite Hypochlorite Generating Systems

The Capital Controls On-Site generating systems use salt, water & electricity to produce capacities from 500 Gm/Hr to 30 Kg/Hr. of Chlorine Equivalent for Brine Systems. Systems are skid mounted or component based configuration depending on the application specific requirement. Standard Seawater systems are built up to 180 Kg/hr., which use seawater, & Electricity to generate Hypochlorite. Customs built systems of higher capacity are also built.
Membrane Filtration Systems

Capital Controls Reverse Osmosis Systems are suitable for tap, brackish or seawater needs are offered to meet a variety of small to large municipal, commercial and industrial applications. Capital Controls systems treat capacities from 15 l/hr to 1500 m3/hr.
Sewage Treatment Systems

Capital Controls manufactures Sewage Treatment plants with can treat Black & Grey sewage for On shore or Off Shore applications from capacities from 30 persons to 500 persons. These systems have been used by ONGC, India and other ships for treating their sewage.
Series 1610B - Model 1610B - Series 1610B Gas Leak Detectors

The Series 1610B Gas Detector is an analog detector for single point monitoring & detection of Chlorine & Sulfur Dioxide gas. The Sensor is designed to quickly detect the presence of gas, recover after the gas has cleared and eliminate false alarms caused by interference gases and environmental conditions.
Series 1620B - Model 1620B - Series 1620B Gas Leak Detectors

The Series 1620B Gas Detector is an analog detector for multipoint monitoring & detection of Chlorine & Sulfur Dioxide gas. The series 1620B multipoint gas detector provides continuous detection of Chlorine or Sulfur Dioxide in up to eight distinct locations.

The Captrol 1450 controller is a microprocessor based, designed to control chemical feed in water or wastewater applications. Features include three Chlorination & two dechlorination control modes, feed forward control, automatic transfer from compound loop, bumpless transfer between manual & automatic control, digital display & alarm indications.
Series CL7685 Water Analyzers

The Series CL7685 Chlorine Analyzer continuously analyzes free or total Chlorine for water, wastewater, cooling water & other process water applications. The system features a field selectable monitoring range from 0-0.1 to 0-20 mg/l & provides highly accurate low level readings.
