Advanced Chemical Treatment Programs
Our company has developed a robust product portfolio for the prevention of corrosion, scale and biofouling in critical heat transfer systems and advanced polymers for wastewater treatment. One such example is our Quadrasperse product line, which controls calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, magenisum silicate and iron deposits in high-stress boiler and cooling water applications, allowing our customers to increase their cycles of concentration, generate substantial cost savings, and increase system performance. Additional products include volatile and conventional oxygen scavengers, polymeric scale inhibitors, blended amines, dispersants, antifoulants, oxidizing and nonoxidizing biocides, corrosion inhibitors, reverse osmosis membrane cleaning products, oil and grease removal programs, water softeners, odor neutralizers, hydrogen sulfide scavengers, defoamers, raw water treatment products, and products for coagulation, flocculation, clarification, and sludge dewatering. Chemtreat’s Service Structure
Our field engineers are the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry, averaging 25 years of water treatment experience–more than three times the industry average–and are backed by a corporate engineering staff averaging almost 30 years of experience.
Our philosophy with regard to service is to maintain a three-tiered staff of technical personnel. The first tier consists of industry specialists who devote virtually 100 percent of their time in a given industry, traveling the country and continuing to learn and expand our corporate knowledge base.
This group provides the direction in new product formulations and the development of R&D projects, as well as training materials for the sales force.
The second tier consists of a corporate sales/national accounts staff who are directed to maintain the quality of service provided by our sales force. This team also provides corporate communication contact between clients and ChemTreat administration.
Finally, the third tier is the pure technical service group who provides chemical and engineering technical support, including metallurgical analysis, detailed equipment inspections, unusual problem solving, and special projects.
