China Entrepreneur Club (CEC)
The China Entrepreneur Club is the premiere business leader platform in China. Annual International Visit
The CEC Annual International Visit seeks to enhance international relations and cooperation between our members and international counterparts. Each event offers a platform to carry out open dialogue and enhance mutual understanding. With the strong support and active engagement of leading organizations in political, commercial and academic backgrounds, the CEC intends to become the go-to platform for bridging Chinese entrepreneurs with the world.
In 2013, CEC's visit to France and Belgium was conducted upon direct invitations from French President Francois Hollande and the Belgian Government. The 40-strong delegation carried out meetings with French, Belgian and EU officials, entrepreneurs and academics. The visit also included a candid dialogue with José Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission.
China Green Companies Summit
The China Green Companies Summit is dedicated to promoting smart, long-term economic and social growth. Established in 2008, the Annual Summit, held on Earth Day (April 22) each year, annually hosts over 1,000 guests from China and abroad, including business leaders, political decision-makers, academic authorities, NGO representatives and influential journalists, each bringing global foresight and drive for reform to the event. The Annual Summit has been widely recognized as one of the most influential business forums dedicated to sustainable development of China's economy.
The 2013 China Green Companies Summit was successfully held in Kunming, the Capital of Yunnan Province, under the theme of 'Rethinking Business and Sustaining Growth'. Hosted by Liu Chuanzhi, Chairman of Legend Holdings, the summit welcomed over 1,000 guests including domestic and international officials, entrepreneurs and academics. Talks focused on dividend and profit incentive reforms as well as the meaning responsible economic development.
