Coldwell-Wilcox has been a well-known name in the water and wastewater control equipment industry for over 100 years. The legacy began with Krejewski-Peasant in New York City and continued with its sale to WS Rockwell in Connecticut. Purchased to consolidate the butterfly valve business into their product line, they continued to manufacture water control equipment for many years.
In 2001, Coldwell-Wilcox was purchased by Cast-Fab Technologies Inc., a producer of iron castings and fabrications for over 100 years. From this acquisition, Coldwell-Wilcox was born as a combination of the expertise of Cast-Fab with the experience and leadership of Coldwell-Wilcox. A world leader in its industry, Cast-Fab has a strong commitment to continuous improvement in product quality, and this carries over to the Water Control industry. Registered to the ISO series for over 10 years, Cast-Fab’s transition to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard further enhances this commitment. Serving a wide variety of markets, Coldwell-Wilcox operates as an independent job shop and is dedicated to providing the highest quality cast and fabricated products available in the Water Control industry.
Coldwell-Wilcox works with a diverse group of dedicated individuals that possess extensive foundry, fabrication, machining and engineering experience. Beyond Coldwell-Wilcox’s experience, the company’s employees are committed to the growth of the company and to the consistent quality of each Coldwell-Wilcox product. Everyone is responsible for their portion of total quality, resulting in a unified approach to providing customers with products that meet and exceed their expectations.
Coldwell-Wilcox Technologies, LLC is co-located with Cast-Fab Technologies, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. The current facility encompasses approximately 500,000 square feet under one roof, dedicated to the production of castings from a few pounds to 80,000 pounds in size, and fabrications in both sheet metal and plate of up to 80,000 pounds. The facility also includes a pattern shop, machining and assembly areas. The total number of employees is approximately 275. Cast-Fab has been continuously registered to the ISO series for over 10 years, and in March of 2004, successfully transitioned to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

We take every possible safeguard in the protection of our customers' product confidentiality. In this regard, we register all visitors and insist on employee escorts throughout our facilities. We do not allow access to restricted areas, nor do we allow cameras in our plant at any time.
