CP was originally formed in 1996 to provide Contracting and Procurement training on an outsourced basis to Shell Group companies. Our faculty of trainers is drawn from a wide network of training providers and independent training consultants. Our trainers have all had extensive applied experience in their subjects as well as long experience as trainers. Many of them have strong links to academia and possess formal teaching qualifications.

Fees & Cancellation Policy
The Tuition Fee for each public course is shown against the course descriptions. The fee is payable in advance.
The Tuition Fee includes a daily conference rate allowing use of the training facility, a buffet lunch and tea or coffee and biscuits during the morning and afternoon.
Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of a nomination is provisional until payment is received. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. UK Course fees are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. Lunch and refreshments are included.
Substitutions are acceptable at any time
- prior to 30 days before start of course - no charge
- between 30 days and 10 days of the start of the course - 50% of the course fee
- less than 10 days of the start of the courses - 100% of the course fee.
CP Training Services Ltd reserves the right to change the details of any event without notice. Where circumstances force CP Training Services Ltd to cancel an event, its liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular event. CP Training Services Ltd is not liable for any consequential loss.
