In late 2015, we joined forces with Yardstick Software Inc., to lead, grow and change the training industry by focusing on building and delivering “best of breed” products in the safety industry. Our focus is your compliance.
Danatec celebrates 30 years!
This year Danatec celebrates 30 years in business. What a journey we've had as a company. It's been full of ups and downs. Product wins, and lessons learned. Joyous occasions, heartbreaking events. We've won many awards along the way. and have had our fair share of challenges too. The one consistency we have always had is our unrelenting passion, our drive for change and growth and our ability to be resilient. We are so proud of the exceptional business we've built and the customers we get to work with every day.
But first, we can set the stage. The year was 1985. Permed hair and Miami Vice were all the rage. Spurred on by the massive 1979 chemical spill in Mississauga, Transport Canada brings Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Act and Regulations into full effect. This is really where it all began.
