With approx. 300 employees and more than 60 representatives worldwide, DILO is a key technology partner for switchgear manufacturers and power utilities around the world. DILO produces a wide range of SF6 service and measuring devices as well as SF6 couplings which ensure emission-free and professional SF6 gas handling on medium and high-voltage switchgear in accordance with the latest IEC and EU guidelines. In addition, DILO manufactures special SF6 gas handling units for GIS production as well as leak testing systems and devices for SF6 gas monitoring. Service and measuring equipment for alternative gases are part of our product range as well, which is completed by gas-tight high pressure tube unions. DILO holds national accreditation as a certification authority and is authorised to carry out training for the acquisition of certificates of competence in accordance with EU 2015/2066 regulation.

Our company does not activate any direct imports of conflict materials related to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which came into force in 2010.
Processing solutions from the idea through to series production
We are dedicated to manufacturing innovative products. We, as an extremely innovative company continually pursue new solutions for practical application. Safety, efficiency and usability are our guidelines.
When stipulating the appropriate component for each application the components and materials are subject to strict material and hardness tests. Everything which is created on the virtual drawing board is carefully assembled with great attention as a proto type and thoroughly tested. Measuring devices and components for measuring instruments for example are tested for functionality in climate chambers under extreme climatic conditions.
After successful test the proto type is integrated into the system with a further test step – for example an SF6 service cart is finally tested thoroughly in our test centre.
