E3 has been a renewable energy research and development firm since 1989. It has conducted research and process development for the US Department of Energy, US EPA, US Department of Agriculture, Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, California Department of Energy, and King County, Seattle, Washington. In 2000 it built its first full scale facility for Southwest Suburban Sewer District, Seattle, WA. In 2002 it initiated the construction of a large dairy waste anaerobic digester in Fair Oaks Indiana. In 2004 it completed the design of two facilities in Mexico treating dairy and poultry manure. We applied for and received GHG (Green House Gas) credits under the Kyoto Protocol which aided in the financing of the Mexican renewable energy facilities. E3 is a private engineering and construction management corporation with operations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. It employees professional engineers licensed to practice from New York to California.
