V-tex technology is an innovative and patented method of scrubbing contamination. V-tex scrubbers are designed specifically to suit the particular application and duty. Gas flows treated by V-tex technology typically vary from 5m3/hr to 20,000m3/hr and from single stage to multiple stage units depending on the contamination removal efficiency requirement.
V-tex strippers achieve higher removal efficiencies than traditional technologies without moving parts or random packings which are prone to fouling.
ERG has a number of pilot plants which are available to conduct V-tex trials for gas scrubbing, liquor stripping and gas/steam condensing applications. Often the V-tex pilot plants are used in a combination with other ERG pilot plants such as packed tower scrubbers and carbon filters.
V-tex® is an outstanding scrubbing and stripping technology for gas scrubbing applications. A V-tex® gas scrubber provides users with a highly efficient scrubbing/stripping operation in a unit which is more compact than traditional packed towers. And thanks to the
Tray scrubbers are used for cleaning gas flows which are contaminated with both particulate and soluble noxious gases. Their unique design enables them to capture particulate > 2 micron as well as soluble gases to high efficiencies of removal. They are widely used in the mining, mineral processing, fertiliser, chemical and petrochemical industries amongst others.
