Estron Ground Penetrating Radar uses specialized technology that locates rebar, pipes, conduits, post-tension cables, voids, and metallic and non-metallic targets within concrete and can be used to determine concrete slab thickness in real time. The equipment is extremely safe and emits roughly 1% of the power of a cell phone signal. Applications include inspecting bridges, monuments, floors, walls, ceilings, towers, tunnels, balconies, garages and decks. Scans are currently available to a maximum depth of 20 inches through concrete on the ground, in walls, or above the head. Output mode is available in 2D for real-time locating and 3D for x-ray like images of the concrete.
