History
Celebrating 120 years of success in 2019.
Originally founded as a branch office of the Berlin-based company Elster Gasapparate in Lucerne, GWF MessSysteme AG has utilised in-house developments, innovative products and market launches to create a name for itself that extends well beyond the borders of Switzerland. Re-trace the journey from product manufacturer to comprehensive energy service provider.

Quality Management
Quality is a top priority at GWF.
The entire company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. GWF is an accredited Swiss calibration agent and verification laboratory to ISO 17025:2005. Our product portfolio includes equipment and systems that are used in potentially explosive atmospheres. The management system has been audited and certified to DIN EN ISO 80079-34:2012 in accordance with the European Directive 2014/34/EU, which relates to equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

GWF provides the equipment and structures required in order to continually improve environmental performance. We additionally promote the environmental awareness and knowledge of our employees. We have an open information policy and encourage staff to act in an environmentally responsible way.
