HITEMA INTERNATIONAL, a specialist manufacturer of sustainable solutions for process cooling and industrial refrigeration, in order to strengthening its technical-commercial structure, is looking for an ENGINEER with the task of developing the projects relating to 'special machines' customized units with direct responsibility for the choice and dimensioning of the main components in compliance with the guidelines and the deadlines defined by the Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Receive and analyze Clients customization requests, working side by side with the managing and the technical-commercial departments to offer the optimal design solutions, based on the defined product technical specifications, carrying out every single design phase and defining the bill of materials.
The candidate will constantly monitor the competitive and technological landscape of the markets of interest and monitor and analyze the products of the competitors, verifying the manufacturing technologies, materials, design and construction logics to assure our own competitiveness.
Collaborate with the various Team Leaders providing any support required during the production phase.
The ideal candidate, is graduated in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING with a Thermo-technical / Energetic knowledge, who has at least three years of experience in the HVAC sector with the role of Designer, preferably focused on special projects or with relevant customized components.
The candidate is expected to have an excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, autonomy and spirit of initiative, strong organizational and managerial attitude will also complete the profile.
The place of work is in Padua – Italy.
