Hydrodex offers a premium line of industrial filtration products. Our Cartridge Filter is a strong, light weight, efficient Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Pressure Vessel that is widely used for a large range of applications. Proven engineering techniques produce a Cartridge Filter with both exceptional chemical resistance and outstanding tensile strength. Hydrodex engineered FRP Industrial Filter is 10 times stronger with less than 50% of the weight of conventional stainless steel cartridge filter. Hydrodex FRP Industrial Cartridge Filter utilizes a one piece construction with no welds or linings that can be damaged by chemicals or over time. The piston seal design makes it very easy to open and close the lid and saves a lot of time during filter cartridges change outs for a minimal downtime specially in industries where time is critical. The FRP material never corrodes compared to conventional stainless steel housing as well as rubber lined can be damaged. The construction of a Hydrodex industrial cartridge filter assures dimensional control on interior sealing and the stresses imposed by the filter’s pressure. Industrial Filter Applications include and are not limited to: Reverse Osmosis and Desalination Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) pre-filter Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) pre-filter Wastewater Treatment Industrial Wastewater Treatment (Grey Water) pre and/or post-filter Sewage Wastewater Treatment (Black Water) post-filter Process Water Oil and Gas Boiler Makeup Water Paper Industry Cooling Tower Power Plants Pharmaceuticals Food and Beverage Shrimp and Fish Farm Semiconductors Agriculture Hydroponics Water for Irrigation Water for Drinking Hotels and Resorts Bottling Commercial Building Beach House
