IRS offers consulting and engineering services in the field of the electrostatic treatment of particles, combustion flue gas and polluting gas removal. IRS also successfully operates in design of data acquisition and measurement systems for industrial applications and is National Instrument Alliance Member.
Dust particles and soot removal
IRS has a more than ten year know-how in dust particles and soot removal (electrostatic precipitator, bag filters, ..). Our technological innovation is developed in collaboration with national and international research centers (Padova University, Stevens Institute of Technology, CNR, ENEA, Ecole Superieure d' Electricite', ) and with the biggest european electrical companies (EDF, Enel). Such competences has been applied both on research pilot and on industrial production plant. IRS has a an advanced research know-how in the removal of polluting gas (reactor for plasma catalysis), both for the chemical and electrical aspects. We participated to the development and definition of plasma reactors, from laboratory prototypes to manufacturer production, in collaboration with national and international research centres (University of Padova, Toulouse University, Kurchatov Institute - Moscow, CNR, ENEL, CNRS, Stevens Institute of Technology, PlasmaSol Corp.).
