Multi Fan Systems design, supply and install air movement systems for a variety of applications including dust and fume extraction, ventilation and VOC treatment, pneumatic conveying and production waste / trim extraction.

Multi Fan was established in 2001, as a custom built systems supplier, to provide industry with cost effective equipment, system upgrades, after sales service and support. From early inception Multi Fan Systems recognised the importance of utilising an in house fabrication facility. We have the ability to plan; monitor and quality check manufactured components that form a large proportion of any system.

Proposal Process
An initial site survey will be undertaken to assess your particular needs. A preliminary design and proposal will then be submitted along with a project cost.

Sufficient detail will be submitted (including a project sketch) to ensure subsequent dialogue enables us to achieve the best final design.

Design, Supply & Installation
As a systems supplier, Multi Fan provides full project management services ensuring contract integrity from initial design, through installation to completion of commissioning.

We are fully prepared to work around your production schedules and requirements. Flexibility and rapid response to changes in circumstances are one of our strengths.

Multi Fan's fabrication facility has over 25 years experience in the industry. In addition to a range of circular and rectangular ductwork, we can also offer a competitive service for a variety of components, including those listed above.

Fabrications can be supplied in various materials, including galvanised, mild steel and stainless steel, from 0.8 mm thick up to 5 mm thick. Workshop Capacities

Typical Fabrications
The machine enclosure (top left) was fabricated as a steel skinned RHS frame complete with clear polyamide panels and large sliding access doors. It successfully encloses a large paper slitting machine - so reducing dust emissions into the workspace. A fixed vacuum cleaning system was installed inside to ensure internal surfaces are kept clean.

Fabricated steel support structure (middle left) with epoxy paint finish. The structure is used to elevate a dust collection unit – so facilitating IBC storage of dust underneath.

Fabricated steel separator unit (bottom left)– used in waste extraction systems to separate conveying air from in-flight waste (eg pieces of corrugated cardboard, carton, card, paper, plastics etc).
