Health and safety are fundamental components of our training programs and workplace protocols at newterra. Protecting employees, contractors, business partners and visitors to our facilities and job sites from the risk of workplace injury or illness is a primary objective.

We conduct weekly safety meetings with all production employees, monthly meetings on a company-wide basis, and hold formal Health & Safety training sessions annually. We are proud to take a leading, proactive role in the development and delivery of training on over fifty health and safety topics.

newterra’s Production Group consists of many licensed and apprentice millwrights, pipefitters, carpenters and electricians. Like our Engineering Team, our Production Group is structured to optimize our custom manufacturing capability and achieve a high level of quality – with a focus on continuous improvement. Our UL Certified electrical panel shop and a MET Certified manufacturing facility means newterra systems are built to the highest standards.


A Solid Support Network

Our commitment to supporting customers is demonstrated by our four service facilities strategically located throughout North America. The newterra on-site service team undergoes comprehensive safety training, and are highly skilled in the maintenance, troubleshooting, controls and telemetry of our systems – and those of other makers. newterra offers:

Start-up Assistance & On-Site Training: Full system inspection, process alarm testing and training support.

Operating & Maintenance Contracts: Detailed programs are available to maximize efficiency and minimize unscheduled downtime. Our standard 1-year warranty can also be extended.

Emergency Troubleshooting & Repair: Technical phone support and, if required, responsive deployment of our trained technicians with the parts and tools to
address emergency repairs.

Field Installation & Modifications: Our licensed tradespeople can install your system and perform system modifications on-site.


Unsurpassed Parts & Rentals

At newterra, we support operators of our systems and other makes with an extensively-stocked Parts department that offers phone support. newterra also has a large fleet of rental equipment – from pilot systems to full treatment and remediation systems, as well as used equipment for purchase.

We put the same care into the production facilities that create newterra systems and components as we put into our solutions themselves. Our global production in driven out of three manufacturing bases in Brockville, Ontario, Macon, Georgia, and Langgöns, Germany.

Each of these locations has been optimized to enhance our capabilities and the equipment our clients rely on to protect the elements. This commitment to operating our own facitilies – as opposed to subcontracting – provides us with direct control over the quality, durability and delivery timing of every newterra solution.
