In addition to metal, Pacific Iron also dealt in waste paper, rubber, and rags. Today, Pacific Iron & Metal operates one of the largest non-ferrous scrap processing plants in the Pacific Northwest and is the only non-ferrous scrap processor in the state of Washington with an approved and operational water treatment system.
