The appointed sales engineer interfaces with the customer from initial site consultation through to commissioning. Advice may be given on the correct monitoring technique for a given application and the minimum recommended specification.
All installations can benefit from a prior knowledge of how best to install on-line instrumentation. Indeed, many applications need an engineered approach to provide the correct monitoring solution. PPM can individually design systems, addressing performance / maintenance considerations and prepare engineering drawings, in a CAD format for review. Alternatively, standard designs for common applications have already been prepared.
PPM specialises in the integration of instrumentation, building pre-assembled wallboards and walk-in analyser kiosks. Duty and standby pumping systems, sample preparation, data transfer, collection and display can all be provided by a single company.
In addition to technical and service support from our head office at Sevenoaks, qualified service engineers are situated throughout the UK and at our Midlands service office. A comprehensive range of after sales service agreements are available covering routine and annual servicing. PPM can also organise regular delivery of reagents and calibration standards, to support analyser installations.
