Randolph Austin Company
In 1957 we began to build and sell peristaltic pumps out of Houston, Texas. Since 1974 our pump and tubing operation have been located in Manchaca, Texas. As one of the oldest manufacturers of peristaltic pumps, Randolph has maintained a loyal following by delivering “rugged, reliable and simple to use” peristaltic pumps. We machine all the components of our pumps to our exacting specifications and extrude our own tubing. Our ability to control every facet of the manufacturing process continues to ensure prompt delivery of a quality product. For over 65 years, Randolph Austin has made and sold rugged and reliable peristaltic pumps. We have positive displacement pumps (tube pumps, where a cam forces the fluid forward in a flexible tube) for virtually any application where the pump cannot come in contact with the fluid being transferred. Randolph Austin is growing on a global scale! Be sure to visit our strategic global partners to find out more about our international business.

About Us
The Randolph pump can be found working in industries such as ink pumps for printing (ink pumps are an important customer segment for Randolph Austin), food and beverage, pharmaceutical, nuclear, and wastewater. With many standard models available for quick delivery, we also provide custom solutions to various applications.
In addition to our pumps and tubing, Randolph Austin offers capabilities in gear fabrication, custom machining, water-soluble polymers, and custom extrusion. Our rubber molding and compounding facilities have recently moved to CPI in Kyle, Texas.
Reliable Peristaltic Pumps
Precise metering pumps? Ink pumps? Heavy-duty industrial pumps? Randolph peristaltic pumps are the pumps that never get wet.
Randolph peristaltic pumps are small to large – pumping anywhere from .0015 liters (3 teaspoons, or .05 fluid ounces) per minute, up to 79.5 liters (21 gallons) per minute. They are precise and rugged, robust and easy to use. We make positive displacement pumps for many different applications, from precise metering pumps for medical and pharmaceutical applications, to OEM ink pumps for Flexographic and other printing presses, to medium and large tube pumps for the food and beverage industry and other fluid transfer applications. We even make explosion-proof pumps. Controls can include variable speed, reversible speed, remotely-operated peristaltic pumps and fixed-speed, with controls operable in AC or DC. We will even design and manufacture a custom assembly upon request
Flexible Tubing for Fluid Transfer, Including Pumps
Randolph Tubing manufactures close tolerance, flexible and very durable tubing for most fluid transfer applications.
Randolph flexible tubing is ideally suited for rugged use in peristaltic pumps as well as general transfer of fluids including harsh acids, inks, and solvents and abrasive materials.
Cilran™ for strong acid and alkali solutions.
ED-Plex™ for acid, alkali and many alcohols. Good general purpose tubing.
Prothane II™ for inks, slurries, and viscous materials – tensile and flex fatigue properties make it excellent for peristaltic pumps.
Povinal™ for aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated solvents. Highly flexible, excellent for hose pumps.
Vytex™ for food, beverage, and general purpose applications. Smooth internal bore, easy cleaning.
T-Alimen™ for food and beverage grade tubing.
