RDF Recycling Systems Group, LLC
We are the exclusive Flexus agent for North America. Our business is dedicated to assisting waste haulers, disaster clean up, landfills, transfer stations, biomass, manufacturers, municipalities and others to be more profitable and efficient in the manner they handle, transport and process difficult waste materials. Today we have the ability to separate numerous discarded items so they can be recycled, reducing the amount of waste destined to the landfill. Our goal is to pull as much recyclable materials from the waste stream as practical and then process the balance so it can be either used as Refuse Derived Fuel or compressed into extremely dense wrapped bales, saving our precious landfill space and reducing transportation costs. We assist with disaster clean up, MSW, processing old tires, Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), landfill remediation, and consulting engineers to properly handle or dispose of various waste in the most efficient manner.

- Increased landfill density up to 50%
- Reduce odor concerns
- Dramatically control bird issues
- Eliminate wind control concerns reducing litter
- Bales are water and air tight
- Improve community relations with environmentally sound processes
Flexus Balasysystem has provided proven and effective waste handling solutions in over 53 countries and growing. Landfill densities are radically improved and day-to-day landfill problems such as wind control & litter are eliminated. Odors are controlled and vermin and vector issues are resolved. Landfill operations cost per ton to process are dramatically reduced.
Existing landfills can be mined removing scrap metals, plastic, paper and other recyclable items and repurposed. All remaining matter can be densified into heavy round bales and used for refuse-derived fuel (RDF) or placed back into the landfill cell using a fraction of the previous space needed.
Our mobile baling and wrapping systems are excellent for sudden and unforeseen influxes of debris and waste created by tornados or hurricanes. Mobile units can densify and wrap all types of construction and demolition materials, excluding steel and concrete, into solid bales weighing 2,200 – 3,000 pounds each. Wrapped waste is airtight eliminating bacteria, disease and vector problems while waiting to be transported for final disposal or utilized for energy production.
A Flexus baling and wrapping system can transform transfer stations into much more cost-effective facilities, producing very heavy bales that can easily be shipped on flatbed trailers or large box vans. This method eliminates the need for specialized walking floor or open-top trailers. Baled commercial waste and MSW bales can be shipped with fewer trips to a landfill or waste recovery facility.

We install state of the art landfill equipment
1 Schedule on-site consultation
We review your plans and specifications and discuss your end-result goals. Make a detailed site review as to space available and material flow to best fit your day-to-day operations. We also review our procedures, systems operation and determine the best solution recommendations based on the needs outlined. Discuss your budget and create a critical-path construction schedule.
2 Review detailed competitive budget proposal
We confirm project goals. Make a detailed review of CAPEX and OPEX for equipment, refuse derived fuel and solid recovered fuel, maintenance, labor and routine scheduled preventive maintenance. Discuss in-depth the current cost for operations as compared with the final proposed solution, as well as, the differential of new operating costs. Obtain necessary authorization to proceed.
3 Get your landfill equipment installed
We will provide detailed timelines for manufacture, shipping estimated to jobsite, coordinate with on-site management, all necessary trades, detail all lifting equipment required and ensure proper communications are maintained with all involved. Once equipment is installed a comprehensive training program is provided for all operations and maintenance personnel so they are fully comfortable in performing daily operational task.
