Chuck Reading: The owner, Chuck Reading, has been involved in the water and wastewater market since 1978.   His experiences include being CEO of both Capital Controls Inc. and Wallace and Tiernan Inc.  He was also instrumental in forming ITT's Advanced Water Treatment Group, a division that achieved significant size and presence in the industry.

Chuck is a past Chairman of WWEMA (Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association) located in Washington DC.  Through WWEMA he was appointed to the US EPA's Federal Advisory Committee (FACA) to assist in the development of the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rules and the Disinfection and Disinfection by-products Rules II.

Chuck currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Water & Wastes Digest and has had several articles on water treatment published.

Robert Hoggan:  A twelve year veteran in the municipal and industrial water treatment industry.  Rob's experience provides a unique combination of application and operational know-how.

Starting his career in 2002, Rob joined Filtronics, a company engaged in filtration / removal of metals such as iron, manganese and arsenic.  Rob logged countless hours performing pilot tests and hands on service and start-up work.   The experience and the resulting solid technical foundation groomed him for his eventual position of Regional Sales Manager.   His primary responsibilities involved the selection and training of sales representatives across North America.

In 2007, Rob joined the Pureflow Filtration Division of CEC, a Whittier California company also engaged in the pressure filtration of metals for the municipal and industrial markets.   Here he was appointed to the position of Regional Manager.   In addition to sales management and customer support Rob's responsibilities also included filtration project management.  Examples included multiple USEPA superfund sites and specialty applications such as Sutter Home Winery.

Although principally in filtration, Rob has a solid working knowledge of many other treatment technologies.  For example, he was involved in a watershed hexavalent chrome removal project located in the Midwest.  Locally, he has been involved in several treatment processes in Yuma, Buckeye, Tonopah, and Blythe.
