We offer Hard water removal filters using Softening Resin Technology: Domestic Water Softener for bathing and washing and laundry Industrial water softeners for Boilers and Heat Exchangers to prevent scaling and corrosion Drinking water softener plant – Beverage production industries and Food industries Water softner means simply the Removal of calcium and magnesium compounds in water (limestone hardness) eliminates scaling in piping, process equipment, and heat exchange systems as well as greatly improving the effectiveness of cleaning and rinsing processes through a filtration scheme. Rekaz international commercial water softeners are specifically designed to reduce the hardness of water by removing these elements. This require salt brine regeneration after continuous operation hours.
Water softening is an important process, because the hardness of water in different applications is reduced during this process. When water is hard, it can clog pipes, damage boilers, heat exchangers, and many other devices. Water softening can prevent these negative effects. Hard water causes a higher risk of lime scale deposits in industrial, commercial and household water systems. Due to this lime scale build-up, pipes are blocked and the efficiency of hot boilers and tanks is reduced. This increases the cost of domestic water heating by about fifteen to twenty percent. Another negative effect of lime scale is that it has damaging effects on household machinery, such as laundry machines. Water softening using Green Water Science’s water softener system expands the life span of each household machine, such as laundry machines, and the life span of pipelines. It also contributes to the improved working, and longer lifespan of solar heating systems, air conditioning units and many other water-based applications.
