No job is so important that we cannot perform our work safely.
Resource Extension company puts health and safety at the forefront of all company endeavors. RECO follows 'best-practice' company policies to go beyond government requirements in our shops and in the field. Any safety professional will tell you that safety starts at the top, and RECO management supports efforts to keep our company and customers healthy. RECO is a member of both ISNetworld and PEC Premier.
All RECO employees are drug tested (upon hire and on a random basis), are required to attend monthly safety training sessions, and are CPR certified. We firmly believe that a safe employee and a productive employee go hand-in-hand; with experience and safety standards in place, RECO's operations are able to not only maintain, but exceed the standards of our customers.
RECO first branched into the East Texas region in 2003, and established in Longview, TX. From this location, RECO has serviced clients in North Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and as far away as Mississippi for the last 7 years, and delivered the same exemplary service ever since. RECO relocated to Hallsville, Texas in 2010 - a new property that houses RECO's East Texas operating division as well as the corporate office.
Everything began here in 1991, and our Caldwell location remains the core of service operations for RECO to this day.
