ROC Exhibitions, Inc., a privately held company, holds equity positions in seven trade events that it organizes.
ROC was established in 1994 to build on opportunities identified through the operation of Show Management & Services Inc. (SMS), a sister company formed in 1988.
SMS currently manages event operations, and in some cases exhibit sales, for associations and other affinity groups. Clients include IEEE, Society of Women Engineers, Association of Equipment Manufacturers, and Realogy, representing a diversity of events running the gamut from a 6,000 attendee professional recruitment fair to a 2 million NSF construction and utility equipment exhibition. Over the years we have worked in most convention centers and major hotel facilities across the country along with international experience in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
