Ronser specialises in the treatment of POME (Palm Oil Mill effluents), municipal wastes and effluents from a wide range of industries such as the textile, brewery, beverage, poultry, pharmaceutical, food processing, oleo-chemical, rubber and latex, agro-industries and any other industry which generate waste with high COD levels. Our technologies are more energy efficient, produce less sludge, require less land area and most importantly reduce operational costs!.We use our unique patented anaerobic technology AnaEG and the aerobic technology BioAX which have been developed by Professor Zhang Zhenjia of the Shanghai Jiaotong University. The Mass Biosystem and the Micro Nano Bubble Technology are two new technologies of Ronser`s that not only play a major role in sewage treatment but also in the aquaculture industry.
RONSER BIO TECH - AnaEG and BioAX , The technologies reduce global warming.
We reduce green house gas emission from the palm oil mill effluent the major cause of global warming in Malaysia.
Ronser was established on 18 January 2008.
The main objective of the Company was to take over a successful environment company called Shanghai KangChern Environmental Science and Technology Co. Ltd. (“KangChern”), involved in the treatment of high-organic wastewater.
The advanced technology uses the patented EGSB anaerobic technologies called AnaEG and aerobic technologies called BioAxTM, invented by Professor Zhang Zhen Jia, a Dean in Design Institute of Environmental Engineering for National Technology Transfer Center, and Vice Dean in School of Environmental Science & Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University.
The acquisition involved two stages. First the taking over of KangChern of China as a wholly owned subsidiary. The approval was obtained on the 31 July 2008 and KangChern became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ronser.
KangChern has impressive track records for completing projects for multi billion corporations like China Petrol for its ethanol plant; China Resources Snow Brewery, the biggest brewery in China; Coca-Cola in China & South Africa; and Kangsifu, the top brand for instant noodles in China.
Second stage involved a separate agreement where Ronser acquired the ownership of the current AnaEG, and will also own the more advanced AnaEG and BioAx technologies to be submitted for registration, which will have a life span of twenty years from the date of registration. The new patents will be registered in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Colombia, Brazil and America.
On 15 January 2009, Ronser signed a Collaboration Agreement with the Shanghai Jiaotong University, for ten years of research and development of advanced environment technologies. It also provides the Company unlimited utilization of their R&D facilities of the University.
On 14 August 2009, Ronser signed a R&D Collaboration Agreement with Malaysian, to work towards a zero discharge treatment technology for palm oil mill effluent. A plant has been set up in Labu, as the research centre in Malaysia.
On 6 September 2010, Ronser signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (“IWK”), to work towards a R&D Aerobic BioAX technology for application in the sewerage treatment plant.
