Scholer Industries

Scholer Industries has a proud tradition to follow in dealing with thermal waste reduction and disposal. The founder Neal Scholer, has a family involvement in the incineration industry that has been unbroken since his grandfather, Harry A Scholer started `Goodrid Incinerator Company Pty Ltd` in 1927. This was well after Harry had distinguished himself in the newly developing incinerator industry as a leading designer and manufacturer of `natural draught` incinerators. His sons, Phil & Paul Scholer eventually took over the family business and expanded operations as the largest incinerator manufacturer in Australia and actively exported to many countries worldwide.

...whilst reducing your environmental impact!

Sending waste to land-fill sites is a real headache.

Apart from the land-fill site contamination issues, there are the environmental, health and safety aspects of collecting and transporting the waste to the land-fill site.

Depending on the location of your site and the land-fill site, sending waste to land-fill sites can also be very costly.

Keeping up with ever-changing government regulations can also divert precious staff time from other important site activities.

Yet, you want to deal with your waste problem in a manner consistent with our goal of ensuring sound environmental stewardship while not sending you broke.

What do you do?

Burn Your Waste!

Incinerators are able to burn a whole range of waste including biomedical, commercial, hydrocarbons, plastics, synthetics, foodstuffs and even liquids.

NSI Incineration Systems:

  • Reduce solid waste to clean inert ash
  • Sterilize inorganic materials
  • Cleanse flue gases with our incinerator air pollution control systems
  • Optimise high performance compliance with our process controllers

Neal Scholer Incineration's multi-chamber technology is probably one of the most efficient and environmentally compliant small [10kg/hr to 250kg/hr] incinerator systems available worldwide.

The resulting environmental, health, safety and economic advantages provide a sound argument in favour of incineration for waste disposal as against landfill.

Each incinerator is refined to match the purchaser's individual waste specifications and operating requirements.

Neal Scholer Incineration (NSI) have been designing, manufacturing, supplying and commissioning a range of high performance incineration systems for over 30 years.

The three main designs within the NSI range of incinerators include:

  • NSI HSH: One of the most efficient and environmentally compliant incinerator system available worldwide.
  • Cyclo Burn: An innovative, versatile, high temperature, portable incinerator.
  • NSI PB14: Large unit designed for top or front loading.
