Strategic Water Resources (SWR)

Strategic Water Resources (SWR)

Strategic Water Resources (SWR) was founded with a singular focus; to provide chemical free, energy efficient and environmentally sound water treatment solutions. SWR provides advanced, chemical additive free water purification/treatment solutions. Our proprietary NeptuneCF modular purification system is the most efficient apparatus for the mitigation of biological, organic and chemical contaminants. Due to NeptuneCF’s advanced oxygenation technology, it uses only 20% of the electrical energy of the nearest competing device, per volume of water treated.

Water Purification Systems

Strategic Water ReSources (SWR) is a registered Connecticut Corporation founded in 2013 specializing in the design, procurement and implementation of water processing devices and systems. SWR was created by a focused team of scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs that possess decades of unique experience and skill sets especially suited for the highly competitive water purification market. The principal challenge facing our entire industry is the ongoing and ever-increasing global demand for clean, potable water. Our main focus is to provide ecologically sound water purification strategies and technologies that are cost-effective and environmentally sustainable. We are committed to bring economic development and green technology to the global community. One of our primary goals is to bring local economic development and green technologies to Southeastern Connecticut. This will be accomplished by hiring local veterans and industry experts within our community.

SWR’s office is located at 32 Williams Ave, Mystic, Connecticut. Our Mystic facility includes administrative, research & development, production operations and field support. With worldwide experience in networked energy management systems and solar energy systems, the team includes engineers with software and hardware development, installation, manufacturing, and client service backgrounds. These team members have made a professional, monetary and personal commitment to the success of SWR.

Our goal at SWR is to design customized solutions to meet our client’s specific water processing requirements.  While we provide our flagship NeptuneCF technology as the central system component to mitigate biological and inorganic elements, we can specify, support and provide other system elements, such as:

  • Multi-Media and Membrane Filtration
  • Electrical Coagulation
  • Oil/Water Separation

Our alternative energy expertise allows us to design, specify and build solar/wind energy systems to provide clean power in remote areas, or supplement existing grid power to operate the system.

These customized solutions can be provided world-wide with on-site installation assistance where needed, as well as training, and regular maintenance. Where the client has multiple installations, we can train the client’s staff to handle installation and maintenance.

Additional components may include:

  • Pretreatment for turbidity by various means as opposed to high maintenance filtration media
  • Electric coagulation
  • Removal of dissolved inorganics, such as salt, by membrane based technologies.

Our systems are designed for specific customer needs, aiming to maximize efficiency while minimizing capital and operating costs. Each client engagement begins with a thorough analysis of the water source and the exact output purity needs. Output purity requirements are varied: fit for municipal treatment, fit for discharge into water course, potable water, or purification for specific application or ingredient. After the analysis, our engineers will propose a system to do the job. Once it is approved, our real work begins. We assemble the system in our facility from the most efficient and cost effective components. We then test it and run it with the customer’s source water. We have the capability of bringing in hundreds of gallons for this stage of the process. When everybody is satisfied with the system’s performance, we break it down and re-assemble it onsite, run it and re-prove its performance. Onsite service is available from SWR for the life of the system. Contact us to find out how we can help with your water treatment needs.

SWR is uniquely positioned to capitalize on global water industry growth potential, insuring positive economic, as well as environmentally sustainable results for our clients.
