TECON Engineering GmbH is a renowned Austrian engineering and consulting company with great innovative power that has belonged to the ILF Group since 2006.
The company, founded in 1997, now has over 150 highly specialized employees and its main business is the planning and execution of complex projects in the international plant engineering arena, chiefly in the fields of Up-stream, Refineries and Petrochemistry.
One of our main clients is the OMV Group.
The success of our projects is attributed to our qualified and motivated employees. Special project teams ensure optimal, economical and flexible implementation of the project specifications. At the same time, maintaining our quality standards and the perfect execution of our clients’ wishes have top priority.
The company was founded after the OMV Group divested the former project division of Petro Chemie Danubia (PCD). The division became an independent company in 1997 and TECON Engineering GmbH was born.
In 1998 a merger took place with Engineering Ramharter GmbH, which until then had already been operating in the fields of instrumentation, automation and electrical engineering for the OMV Group.
Since then the company has been continuously developing and growing in alignment with its customers’ requirements. Further expansion of its areas of expertise followed and the current three strategic business segments have been expanded.
In 2006 an important step towards internationalization was taken. The ILF Group presented itself as the right partner for this next stage.
