Safety is important to TR3. By protecting our employees and contractors, we are also protecting their families, fellow coworkers, the public and the environment from the far-reaching effects of serious accidents.

In addition to protecting lives, TR3's safety program contributes to employees and contractor morale and pride. Our employees and contractors participate in identifying safety needs and developing safe work procedures.
Employees, contractors and visitors who knowingly violate safety rules may face disciplinary actions, dismissal or legal action.
TR3 is committed to ensuring that applicable legislation is incorporated into the safety program and consistent compliance with that legislation.
Everyone employed or contracted to conduct work for TR3 is responsible for maintaining the safety program. Managers and Supervisors are responsible for identifying safety needs, communicating safety hazards, investigating hazardous conditions and accidents, ensuring competency of workers, ensuring personal protective equipment is worn when required and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and inspected according to legislative and manufacturer's standards. Manager and Supervisor roles are supported with input from employees and contractors.
TR3's employees, contractors and visitors are responsible for obeying all safety rules, following safe work procedures and practices, wearing personal protective equipment when required, participating in all aspects of the safety program as requested and informing Managers/Supervisors of any unsafe working conditions.
Everyone has the legal right and responsibility to refuse work when unsafe conditions exist.

At TR3, we take the management of our environment very seriously. We are dedicated to environmental protection by every means available to us. It is our intention to reduce the impact on the environment that our operations create by reusing, recycling and following proper disposal procedures that conform to regulatory requirements. By carrying out these processes, we will ensure a healthy environment for years to come. Our operations will follow the G-20, G-50, G-55, and G-58 guidelines as set out by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB), and any other regulatory requirements or amendments.
TR3 recognizes that management of waste products is essential, not only to meet regulatory requirements, but also to align with the fundamental values of our firm. It is our intention to reuse any reusable products, recycle all recyclable products and dispose of any non-recyclable materials in the appropriate manner.
