The plant is composed of CO and unburnt substances after-burning system, gas cooling and energy recovery (in the form of hot air and / or heated water depending on the customer's needs), dedusting system and composed acids neutralization.

The correct reagent dosage is one of the fundamental conditions to guarantee longevity and economy of the plant. The majority of TVT’s plants are fitted with automatic reagent injection system installed under the storage bin.
