Hydrotech - Mechanical & Self Cleaning Drumfilter

The Hydrotech Drumfilter is a mechanical and self cleaning filter specially designed with a view to achieving high performance in systems where it is essential to prevent the particles from fragmenting. The filter works without pressure and is robustly designed with few moving parts to ensure long life and low maintenance costs.
ESCALATOR - Fine Screen

Perforated stainless steel screen panels are carried on heavy-duty chains and incorporate holes of 6 mm (1/4'') or 3 mm (1/8'') diameter giving fine screening in any direction.
Actiflo - Model Carb - Powdered Activated Carbon

This unique association allows to Actiflo Carb of being a competitive polishing process for WTPs, to remove emerging pollutants and pesticides present in natural water resources. PAC use, also allows of removing partly NOM (Natural Organic Matter), which can be adsorbed. More recently, Actiflo Carb has been used in an Industrial water treatment plant, in order to eliminate colour and TOC pollution.

The pre-engineered Actiflo Pack is a compact standard package plant for drinking water, process water and wastewater treatment. The process is a highly efficient and proven clarification technology, which uses a microsand ballast that functions as a seed, enhancing floc formation and settling. Flow rates from 40 to 320 m3/hr per unit for drinking and process water. 80 to 640 m3/hr per unit for wastewater.

The pre-engineered Actifloc Pack combines clarification and filtration in one pre-fabricated, fully automatic unit. The plant consistently delivers high-quality water and is specifically designed to treat surface waters. Engineered for flexibility and robustness, the system offers quick chemical optimization and rapid startup and shut-down. Flow rates from 40 to 320 m3/hr per unit.
